  • Relationship Manager in Client Coverage Department

    Role summary: 


    Client Coverage department (CC) serves as the central contact point for Corporate Clients of KKP Financial Group. The function aims to provide the highest level of convenience for clients with a one-stop service model where solutions are optimally offered on holistic basis. With our spectrum of financial products and services, CC is integral to KKP’s product offerings which range from traditional Commercial Loans and Financial Market Transactions to customized Investment Banking services and tailored exotic financial products. Each Relationship Manager will have the opportunity to get exposed to clients across various industries as well as the entire continuum of KKP’s product teams.


    • Establish long-term relationships with top corporate clients

    • Identify potential business opportunities and initiate leads and prospective deals
    • Develop comprehensive financial solutions, structured financing proposal, cross selling opportunities for clients
    • Be the key liaison party between client and product teams to deliver strategic corporate finance solution (Advisory, Capital Market, Lending, Financial Market)

  • Business Development Officer in Phatra Asset Management

    Job Descriptions:

    • Prepare and submit prospectuses, constituent documents and other related documents to the SEC for new funds approval.
    • Coordinate with all related teams to work on new fund setting up.
    • Prepare periodic reports and documents, including mutual fund prospectuses, fund factsheets, 6-month and annual reports, and other mutual fund materials to be disclosed to investors.
    • Amend constituent documents, mutual fund prospectuses, and other materials of mutual funds in case there are any changes in the SEC regulations and/or any other matters relating to the funds.
    • Complete assigned project deliverables focusing on mutual fund and business development.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.

    • Male/Female, Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or related field
    • Strong background in the following technologies: C#, .NET, MSSQL, MS Access, MS Excel and Macro Programming 
    • Good knowledge in Data Modeling, Database Design, RDBMS and Data Warehouse
    • At least 3-5 years fund accounting support experience is most preferable
