For the third quarter of 2011, the Company's consolidated revenues were Baht 796.38 million, increased by Baht 54.01 million, or 7.28%, from Baht 742.37 million in the same quarter of 2010. Net earning of Baht 318.95 million increased 9.71% from Baht 742.37 million in the same period of 2010. Consolidated net profit of Baht 318.95 million in the third quarter of 2011 attributed to equity holders of the parent Baht 318.56 million and non-controlling interests of the subsidiary Baht 0.39 million. Together with other comprehensive income which was unrealized loss on revaluation of investment in available for sales securities, net amount from deferred tax, of Baht 215.37 million, total comprehensive net income in the third quarter of 2011 was Baht 103.58 million, attributed to equity holders of the parent Baht 103.19 million and non-controlling interests of the subsidiary Baht 0.39 million.
For the first nine-month period of 2011, the Company’s consolidated revenues were Baht
1,951.10 million, increased 25.19% from Baht 1,558.54 million in the same period of 2010.
Net earnings for the first nine-month period of 2011 were Baht 734.03 million, increased by 25.61% from Baht 584.35 million in the same period of 2010. Consolidated net profit of Baht 734.03 million in the nine-month period of 2011 attributed to equity holders of the parent Baht 730.82 million and non-controlling interests of the subsidiary Baht 3.21 million. Together with other comprehensive income which was unrealized loss on revaluation of investment in available for sales securities, net amount from deferred tax, of Baht 296.48 million, total comprehensive net income in the nine-month period of 2011 was Baht 437.55 million, attributed to equity holders of the parent Baht 434.34 million and non-controlling interests of the subsidiary Baht 3.21 million.
